Â鶹¹ú²úAV employees may request complimentary access to the Andrews Hall Wellness Center (721 Fairfax Ave Suite 528) without a Recreation & Wellness membership. The Andrews Hall Wellness Center is an unstaffed space that is monitored by surveillance. Please to request scan-in access to this facility.
Residents and Fellows may use the Waitzer Hall Wellness Center at no additional cost. Residents and Fellows may purchase a membership to access the Student Recreation & Well-Being Center and University Village Fitness Center via a taxable benefit. To get started, please to fill out the necessary paperwork prior to obtaining access.

Residents/Fellows Taxable Fringe Benefit
Â鶹¹ú²úAV offers aÌýNon-Cash Taxable Fringe Benefit to Â鶹¹ú²úAV Residents and Fellows for a Recreation & Wellness membership valued at $10 per pay period.
The payment amount varies for each Resident/Fellow depending on tax status. Once enrolled, the Resident/Fellow will be automatically taxed on the membership value of the fringe benefit ($10.00) each pay period until an online membership termination form is received. The value will show on the employees pay stub as Taxable Fringe – Non-Cash $10.00 and the employee will be responsible for paying the applicable Federal, State, and FICA taxes on that $10.00.

Payment Options
Monthly payroll deduction or auto-draft | Annual | Semester
- Monthly memberships can be paid by payroll deduction (for full-time salaried Â鶹¹ú²úAV employees) or by credit/debit card auto-draft. Monthly memberships run continuously until the member takes action to .
- Annual memberships run for a full year (12 months) from the date of purchase and must be paid in full upfront at the time of purchase.
- Semester memberships must be paid in full upfront at the time of purchase and run:
- Fall: August 16 to December 31
- Spring: January 1 - May 15
- Summer: May 16 - August 15
Faculty/Staff "Plus 1" Membership
Add someone to your membership!
Faculty and Staff members are eligible to add an additional person to their membership account for a fee equal to their individual membership rate.
- +1 member applicant must be 18+ years, verified with valid ID.
- If Faculty/Staff member terminates their membership, their +1 is also terminated.
- Added dependents/plus one members must be present at the time of membership purchase.
